The Loyalty Marketing team was established as a global center of excellence to establish best practices for migrating customers up the loyalty ladder.

As part of a small team, we established a loyalty model, educated in-house teams and launched strategic initiatives.

- Help develop an audience framework based on the loyalty ladder, with company-wide actionable marketing recommendations.
- Lead and manage the process of selecting an agency of record partner within the Loyalty Marketing discipline.
- Participate in company-wide stakeholder socialization to increase adoption of best-practice loyalty marketing principles.
