Two-part solution: 1) Conduct a backend content audit to cherry-pick the most popular and useful sales materials, and 2) Create a mailer kit that communicated a memorable brand idea and provided incentives to use the sales materials.

Project Components:

Content Audit

  • Sift through over 100 assets, using backend platform analytics to gauge sales team preferences.
  • Map selected assets against the Buyer’s Journey for proper contextualization.
  • Assimilate and organize final sales assets on a USB drive, with proper notation and a custom “how-to” guide.

Branded Mailer

  • Set objectives, manage budget and facilitate creative process from ideation to execution.
  • Aligning to a “Vision” message, final mailer included a branded ViewMaster viewer and custom-designed branded reel.
